Description

The city planted tree between 1834 and 1836 is not firmly rooted and is leaning 45 degrees from it's normal state. I can move the tree around - it is a danger to pedestrians, cars and our property. This also happened to the tree between 1834 and 1832. It is very unusual and happened overnight.
