Description

Southwest corner of N 18th and E Marshall. No parking sign should be moved East to end parking at cutout in side walk. Current placement allows cars to park angled out into E Marshall St resulting in blocking street access regularly. Appears sign was placed further back than intended in mulch bed to avoid having to core drill sidewalk for installation.
