Stop sign with No Parking sign attached has been down. It was reported 2 weeks ago. This is at the corner of Wickham St & Lombardy Streets. This is a very congested corner. The "No Parking" sign must be attached to the "Stop sign". People park at the corner making it impossible to maneuver. Dangerous corner
