Description

There are two empty tree wells on this area of the west side of Colonial Avenue near the intersection of Cary Street. They have been empty for years and are now just unsightly holes that challenge pedestrians in this busy stretch. This looks awful in the middle of one of Richmond's premier shopping areas.
