Description
Apologies if this is the wrong category, but I couldn't find anything pertaining to parks. The Lumpkins Slave Jail sign and pretty much everything around it looks terrible. This site shouldn't get to this level of disrepair given it's historical sensitivity. The adjacent burial site across Broad could use some cleanup as well.
