Description

Dead tree is leaning towards Campus Drive from the side of the bank on our property at 43 Old Mill Road. Tree has been dead for years, Dominion cut off the top to ensure it would not hit power lines, but tree is now very unstable - I can push it and it moves - and when it falls it will fall into the road and potentially onto cars driving by. Tree should be removed as soon as possible. Pictures below.
