ASPHALT FROM REPAIRED POTHOLE HAS COME UP AFTER 3 DAYS AND THE POTHOLE A THE THE POTHOLE IS 12INC TO 15INC BIG THIS WAS COMPLETED ON DPW000066723 CITY WORKERS HAVE COME OUT TO FIX THE POTHOLE 2-3 TIMES BEFORE. CITIZEN THINKS THERE IS SOMETHING UNDER THE POTHOLE CAUSING THE ISSUES WATER IS COMING UP
