Description

Hurricane Fence Company (Tenant at 1108 Dinneen St. Richmond, 23220) is illegally installing fencing on public / City property and blocking the public thorough fare. No authorization nor permit has been obtained / granted. This activity is causing heavy truck delivery traffic in our residential neighborhood. this illegal activity needs to cease immediately.
