Description

Green signal light for northbound Belvidere traffic turning left onto westbound Broad St lasts approximately 6-7 seconds, allowing for a minimal number of cars to turn. This leads to red light running and the left turn lanes backing up into Northbound Belvidere traffic. Green light time needs to be extended to avoid this.
