Description
There must be a water break underneath the street in front of 4907 Park Ave because there’s a continuous flow of water out of a hole in the street. So even if there’s been no rain, the streets are wet and water is flowing down to the drains. Concerned for a buildup of pressure under the pavement that could cause serious harm. Attaching photos and a video of the leak.
