Description

The corner of Malvern and Monument going east on the north side of the street is a pedestrian hazard. A bush blocks the intersection (around a utility pole. Cars turning right ignore the pedestrian walk sign and roll forward. Folks walking cannot see them because pof the obstructed view. At least 3 time a week I almost get hit by the car turning right or the one turning left off Monument to Malvern

    Bush blocking view on city property seems to be planted by home owner. Don't know who planted tree city or homeowner belong to code enforcement or right a way.
