Description
There were two completed tickets and one noted that the concern has been addressed but it is still very much a concern and a safely hazard. This is a 8 feet deep well and the cone is there for the last 1 year. See the previous description. Ms. Adams is reporting a loose grate on a sidewalk at 1309 E. cary street. Someone put a cone on it and it had a note taped to it, don't walk across. Now the cone disappeared. She got own cone and placed it there in the interim. Escalating to Mr. Irvin
