Description
Green signal to allow flow from Chppenham exit ramp onto W. Hugenot is extremely short. Timed the light every day this week and the 13-14 seconds is how long the light is green. Then it cycles red for 100-120 second backing traffic all the way down the ramp onto Chippenham. Have witness sevreal very dangerous situations cars passing those stuck trying to exit Chippenham. The length of green for those exiting onto W. Hugenot must be increased ASAP before a disastrous accident takes place.
