Description

This is actually a hazardous leftover jagged metal piece left in the dirt where a sidewalk would be were there a sidewalk. It's near a tree, near the street, closer to Cowardin than not. It's the dark area on the photo; someone falling on that leftover piece of metal could suffer a nasty wound!
