Description
Please do not scrape up my topsoil and grass as was done last year. I've spent hundreds of dollars replenishing the topsoil and planting grass. You instruct us to put leaves in the ditch and not the street, and that's what I've done, so please don't destroy my property when vacuuming these leaves. Using a bucket truck will remove my topsoil again, so please do not remove my topsoil and grass nor destroy the hill behind and under the leaves. Thank you in advance.
