Description
For the past few weeks during evening rush hour between 4-6 pm the timing for the light exiting from Chippeham to West Hugenot is extremely too short. When traffic is at it height the light allowing flow onto W. Hugenot off of Chippenham is 14 seconds. It allows less than 20 cars to move and causes traffic to back up onto Chippenham. The green on W. Hugenot goes for 100 seconds before another 14 second cycle for those exting onto W. Hugeont. Very frustrating.
