Description

Last fall Alchemy Coffee shop placed outdoor dining tables in front of their Store and the VCU Building at the intersection of Broad and Laurel Street. There is no displayed permit for a Temporary Dining Encroachment, and the store does not take care of these tables. They are often filled with trash and belongings left by people that never gets cleaned up.
