Description
Traffic light changes far too quickly from Green to Red for Traffic exiting Chippenham onto W. Hugenot during afternoon and early evening rush hour. Traffic backs all the way down exit ramp onto Chippenham Parkway because of poor timing of this light. Stay green for traffic on W. Hugenot way too long compared to traffic coming from off exit ramp.
