Description
Time of light exiting from Chippenham onto West Hugenot is way too short. During rush hour the light stays green for less than 30 seconds and no more than 10-12 in total from both right turn lanes can get through. It then stays red for greater than three minutes. Traffic is constantly backing up on to Chippenham making it very dangerous for those continuing on Chippenham. The time needs to be increase at least a minute and half longer.
