Description
A traffic sign was hit at least a year ago and the remaining 1/2 foot of broken pole was left there sticking out of the ground. The broken pole is directly in the path of foot traffic for those who walk to the next neighborhood. Someone wrapped orange tape around it for slightly more visability, but it is a hazzard.
