Description

Speed bumps and a roundabout at Highland-Carolina intersection (like at Milton and Pollock) would help calm speeding. Having stop signs for drivers on Carolina at Highland intersection would also help. A GRTC route travels Highland Street between First and Patrick Avenues. Eliminating stop signs at Carolina would allow bus to travel between bus stops without having to stop at Carolina Ave. Signage would be needed to alert drivers on Carolina new requirement to stop.
