Description
Alley behind Concord Ave , on Lynnhaven. Trash at the opening of the alley and trash, clothes, cooler, sleeping bag 500ft down the alley. There's trash - all the way down to the end of the alley really. This is the THRID time this request is being submitted and although I've been told its been cleaned up but as you can see has not. The photos were taken 12/2/2021, same day I received the city email saying its been cleaned up.
