Description

Sidewalk is missing completely around vacant lot on corner of cedar and 21st. Accross the street from the bus stop. Also no handicap ramps on 2 of the 4 corners here. Does not allow for wheelchaired neighbors to make it past these intersection.

    Per S.S 8x31 ft. of damage and missing bricks in sidewalk. Grass is completely over grown and cover the bricks also. Rating "17"
