Description
The apartment building operated by KSI Holdings at 509 N 35th, Richmond has a trash corral that habitually spews trash into the street and then all over the neighborhood. I walk by it every day and every day I see the progression. Some of the trash bins don't have lids, so the racoon tear it apart every night. Just walk around the surrounding area and you'll an astonishing accumulation of trash from what looks like years and years of this casual disregard for the rest of the neighborhood.
