Remove the plate! Finally fix this! Going on 6 months+. You keep marking as complete but it’s 100000% not fixed.

- Staff · December 22, 2021I trust that you are well and enjoying the Holiday season. I must sincerely apologize in the delays to rectify the failure and the steel plate that has been placed for safety. We initially responded to this location on 9/15/2021 after my follow up review that was sent on September 7, 2021. Unfortunately that response on the 15th discovered that there was water leak present under the plate which impacted my team’s ability to perform their work. The water leak has since been corrected and the remaining work for my team is still warranted with the removal of the steel plate. I regret to inform you that we have been challenged lately and have assumed some setbacks in scheduling but we will have this location prioritized to one of our annual contractors to make this repair promptly in the next 30 days if not sooner. (Weather permitting and considering the holiday schedules)
