Description
The pothole is on the division between the entrance of the parking lot at 26 E Grace St and Grace St itself, very close to the intersection of E Grace St & N 1st St. The elevation of the parking lot is higher and that change of elevation when transferring from the road to the parking lot is where the pothole is. As shown in the picture, the position and size of the pothole makes it very difficult to avoid when entering or exiting the parking lot. This pothole has existed for at least 3 years.
