    DPU Storm Water personnel W. Tolson assess this location. No major cave in / wash out found. Water valve found below grade at this location. Photos attached. Email sent to DPU Water Distribution Division to correct. Courtesy email sent back to DPW Roadway maintenance with update on assessment from DPU Storm Water Utility Division.
