Description
Yield sign at corner of Garrett and Rugby. Currently, folks on Garrett heading toward the Garrett/Rugby/Blanton/Park intersection have the right of way - until they are in the middle of the intersection. But - people on Blanton going to Rugby also have the right of way. In a week, I've seen three close calls there. There WAS a yield sign there for years, gone now. Why? BTW - this form sucks!
