Description
Pedestrian crossings and stop lines have not yet been painted at Belmont & West Franklin St since the new road paving. This intersection borders Monument Avenue with reasonably high traffic. Cars have also started parking across the ADA ramps of the crossing in front of 3103 W Franklin making it inaccessible for certain people to cross the street. PLEASE DO MOT CLOSE THIS TICKET UNTIL LINES HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN REPAINTED.
