Description

Every school day in the morning & afternoon cars park in the bike lane (between the barrier thats supposed to discourage that) instead of going into school lot. Cars pull in/out of spots into traffic quickly. This causes bikes to have to travel in the car lane which was narrowed to make the bike lane. Every aspect of this is unsafe.

Additional "No Parking" signs will be added on the west side of Mosby St in front of the school. DPW will also alert RPS to this situation and ask that inform parents that parking is the bike lane is not allowed. Please refer further issues to RPD for parking enforcement.
