Please refer to your DPW000091147 created and assigned on 10/7/2021. As of today 11/17/2021 no one has assessed this tree. When can I expect someone to do so????? Thank you in advance of your job completion

- Staff · December 8, 2021Response from Arborist on 12/6/21 by email: I thought this tree was private because its growing into the fence line of the resident’s backyard. But, looks like Michael and Janine assessed the treein 2019 and stated it was fine. I looked at this tree and agree that it is fine. The brown needles falling are the third year growth on the pine and it is normal. Little branches and twigs, again, also normal for any tree to lose a few here and there throughout the year. The tree is once again fine. No work needed at this time. ...I called Ms. Hefferan and left her msg on her voice that per W. Shoup the tree is fine.
