Description

We are a new concept coming to Richmond. We would like a cross walk stretching across broad street from our warehouse to the parking lot across the street. We are concerned about pick up drivers parking across the street and crossing four busy lanes illegally to get to us. It is not safe

A crosswalk across Broad St at May is not planned. Given that Broad St carries around 26,000 vehicles a day there are not sufficient gaps in traffic to mark a crosswalk without a pedestrian signal which is a capital improvement and not funded.
