Right in front of 4608 Stuart Ave, 23226, tree was taken down over a year ago but no one came back to remove It was -Added to stump removal list on placed on a 3/12/21 (DPW000043818) but it has been over 8 months and no one has removed the stump and it is a hazard as it is too close to where people park
