Description

Two utility pole was installed and the sidewalk around the pole is no longer there. Caller indicates there is a 18-24 inch square surrounding the pole; its a trip hazard, the hole is in a front of a pre-school where parents unload children. Caller indicates his employee fell and twisted her ankle. 26th and P Street.
