Description
Reference DPW000090153. Alley had a large pothole. a metal plate was placed over the pothole as a temporary. Water is now pooling out from the metal plate and going down the alley. Requesting update on what is planned to be done. Water continues to pool up from metal plate. Pooling is now covering most of the alleyway. Water has moved into neighbor's yard/driveway. Winter weather may cause unsafe icy conditions for residents when going and leaving their driveways.
