Description
4 signs on the southbound side of Malvern Avenue indicate "no parking" from 4PM to 6PM or from 7AM to 5PM. The signs should indicate "no parking" at all times to prevent blocking the bike lanes. (This should be the same as the signs on the northbound side of Malvern Avenue.)
