Description
Please check the traffic signal at the 4100 block of Fitzhugh Avenue (cross street Malvern Avenue). when walking today, the traffic light did not come off of red to go to green. This caused multiple cars to need to move, one truck had to pull around. This could cause problems for drivers and pedestrians. I felt unsafe in crossing over from Bank of America to the high school.
