Description

Hello, I am the new owner of the 3913 duplex that did not place a previous complaint that the tree needed pruned. The fact that the tree was completely removed instead of pruned is beyond negligent, that was a 100 year old beautiful tree that needed pruned, not cut down and in addition that negatively impacts my property value. However, what is done is done, but can you please expedite getting rid of the massive stump and evidence of this crime, thank you.
