Description
The community here needs a proper sidewalk along Hull St that could potentially go in the median or along either side of the road. Every day, people who walk to work or catch the bus off Hull St. don't have anywhere to walk. This would also promote biking along that corridor to Southside Plaza. Or just like Broad St. you could run the bus line with sidewalks in the middle of Hull St., which would provide protection for citizens and those walking over the bridge.
