Description
This intersection needs some traffic signs to slow down traffic and reduce chance of collisions here. There are constantly people crossing the street to get to Chester Auto Parts, the gas station, and the auto glass shop. There's no crosswalk for people and I've seen almost a dozen collisions since May. I think if you put a stop sign at two opposing stops, then let thru traffic from the light come and go, it'd force people to stop and not speed. There's also blind spots with all the cars parked.
