Description
The center of the street is sinking, cracked, and water is seeping out onto the road. At first we thought this was just from rain, but now we realize the water is coming from underneath the road and seeping up through the cracks. It is in line with another sinking pothole that was filled a while back. We are concerned that this is a water main break or damage.
