Description
This road has a major need for speed control; specifically, speed humps. People speed down Pepper Ave. and disregard the stop signs at the intersection of Hanover and Pepper. There is a lot of pedestrian traffic including a great deal of school traffic for elementary-aged students at St. Christopher's lower school.
