Description

These trees are newly planted as part ofbthe median and ramp improvements and appear to be dead. Any new landscaping should be warranted for one year and therefore should be replaced at no charge to the city and re-planted during the proper time of year and not during the summer when a tree will not survive its initial taking root and watering in period.
