Description
Water is leaking underneath asphalt/pavement. The leak appears to originate from the main water city line below. Water is flowing continuously, and the road condition is deteriorating rapidly. Periodically patching the road won't solve this issue at its core. The street needs to be excavated and the leak has to be located and permanently fixed.
