Description
See photo. You can see in the photo that there are three lanes. The left lane is for turning left or going straight. The center lane is for going straight. The right lane is for turning right. You can also see that one or more vehicles are parked too close to S 14th St which means the right lane is not able to be used to make a right turn until the light turns green. A No Parking sign an appropriate distance from S 14th St will allow the right turn lane to be used when the light is red.
