See photo. Large chunk of concrete is located behind 708 Admiral Gravely Blvd where the two alleys intersect. It's next to a utility pole. Recently this piece of concrete was *in* the alley which is a SAFETY ISSUE for CVWMA, Richmond trash truck drivers/crews, and other vehicles. Close this request -- PR&CF picked up concrete today. 1/14/22 Concrete was removed by PR&CF.
