The light ar Auburn onto Cary takes way too long and is way too short - even at 5 a.m. Any way to make change? Maybe a sensor?

    Controller seems to be working has programmed. Cycle length in between Midnight and 6:30AM is 90 sec, so drivers shouldn't wait more than 90 sec (1 minute and half) to get a green light. The traffic signalcontroller is working in recall mode, meaning green time will serve t every cycle. No further action is needed. request will be closed.
