Description

On Dinwiddie we need a one way and/or do not enter on each side of the street, for every block between where it starts and route 1. People arent used to it yet so they need more visual aids.

    Dinwiddie Ave is under construction to convert to one-way between Richmond Highway and 15th St. The conversion will continue after coordinating with GRTC bus route changes
