Please contact EMS and Fire to let then know that Dinwiddie Ave is now one way starting at the 1900 block, EVEN FOR THEM. Many many times i have seen first responders go down dinwiddie all the way to route 1. They need to abide by the laws hust likevthe rest of is and they can cause an accident too if they continue to go the wrong way.
