Description
A few neighbors submitted requests for a speed control feature on this street after two parked cars were wrecked due to drivers under the influence. Now, a third car has been hit on Wellington right off Northside ave. The response here to the last request was that the streets have stop signs so there is no need for speed control. But there is no stop sign from Richmond Henrico onto Northside which is the direction 2/3 accidents took place. This is a serious driving problem for the neighborhood.
